| Kind of memberships |
| Article 6: |
WUB Okinawa has four kinds of memberships.
(1) Individual membership.
(2) Corporate membership. WUB Okinawa shall not prevent multiple enrollments from a single organization. A WUB Okinawa corporate member is obligated to register a person as an individual member for each admission.
(3) Honorary membership.
When a member is elected to a special public officer and, or gains recognition for a social attribution or has already gained one, he or she will be selected as an honorable member ship at the board of directors after the president and vice presidents recommendation.
(4) (Foreign) student membership.
The leadership will approve whether if one will be chosen as a (foreign) student member after each committee's recommendation.

| Applying for membership |
| Article 7: |
Those who wish to join WUB Okinawa need recommendation from two WUB Okinawa members and the board of directors will authorize their membership. |
| Qualification of Recommendation |
| Article 8: |
Only those who have been WUB Okinawa members over one year and fulfilled the membership fee are qualified to recommend a new member. |
| Right of membership |
| Article 9: |
All the members are entitled to attend all the projects that are to achieve WUB Okinawa goals. |
| Duty for membership |
| Article 10: |
All the members are obligated to follow the rules of WUB Okinawa and committed to carry out duties to accomplish the goals. |
| Liability of Membership fee |
| Article 11: |
WUB Okinawa members are required to make membership fee payment by deadline. |

Honorary and student members are free of membership fee. |
| Loss of membership qualification |
| Article 12: |
A member will be disqualified from membership on the basis of the following reasons:
(1) Withdrawal from membership.
(2) Death or dissolution.
(3) Expulsion.
(4) When an honorary member is lost his or her qualification by the board of directors meeting.
(5) Those who lose their status as a student upon their graduation and or departure from Japan. |
| Withdrawal |
| Article 13: |
If a membership wishes to withdraw from WUB Okinawa, one must complete the membership fee payment upon his or her resignation. |
| Expulsion |
| Article 14: |
The board of directors are eligible to expel a member as reasons described below:
(1) Offenses against to the purposes of WUB Okinawa.
(2) Breach of the rules.
(3) Absence of membership fee payment.
(4) Failure to attend meetings.
(5) Recognition of inappropriate activities. |

| Article 15: |
WUB Okinawa has following organizations:
(1) A general assembly.
(2) A board of directors meeting.
(3) An executive meeting. |
| A general assembly |
| Article 16: |
A general assembly is held once a year in May. The president or the board of directors has authority to hold an extraordinary general assembly whenever necessary. |

In case of urgency and unavoidable case, the board of directors shall be deemed to be a general assembly under unavoidable circumstances. However, it has to be informed at a general assembly. |

| Article 17: |
A general assembly is carried by attendance of majority and its agenda is resolved by a majority of the members present. |
| The Right to vote |
| Article 18: |
Each individual member has a right to vote at a general assembly. |

Each corporate organization member has a right to vote at a general assembly. |
| 3. |
Honorary members and student members are not entitled to vote at general assembly. |
| Resolution matters at general assembly |
| Article 19: |
Issues written below are to be discussed at general assembly.
(1) Establishment, alteration and abolition of the rules of WUB Okinawa.
(2) Approval of the directors and the auditors.
(3) Approval of the projects planning, budget and a report of final accounts.
(4) Decision of necessities for achieving purposes of WUB Okinawa. |

| Article 20: |
A board of directors is composed of a president, vice presidents, directors and a secretary-general. |

The advisers and the auditors will attend to the meeting and express their opinions. |
| The Convening of a board of directors |
| Article 21: |
The president can hold the board of directors whenever necessary. |

When a majority of the members of the board judge the necessity to organize the meeting, they can ask for the meeting through a written notice. |

| Article 22: |
The board of directors is carried by attendance of majority and its agenda is resolved by a majority of the members present. |

| Article 23: |
The president is in charge of the board of directors. |

| Article 24: |
Resolutions at the board of directors are as follow.
(1) Drafting agenda submitted to a general assembly.
(2) Drafting items entrusted by a general assembly.
(3) Drafting items which are necessities for achieving purposes of the operation. |

| Article 25: |
The leadership of WUB Okinawa is composed of a president, vice presidents and the executive director. |

The advisers and the auditors will join an executive meeting and express their opinions. |

| Article 26: |
Resolutions at the executive meeting are as follow.
(1) Drafting agenda submitted to a general assembly.
(2) Drafting items entrusted by the general assembly.
(3) Drafting items which are necessities for achieving purposes of the operation. |

| Article 27: |
The president can hold the executive meeting anytime. |
| Kinds of officers & number of officers |
| Article 28: |
WUB Okinawa has following officers.
(1) One President
(2) A few Advisors
(3) Three Vice Presidents
(4) One Secretary-General
(5) Two Auditors |

The auditors cannot combine with an additional official post in WUB Okinawa. |
| Officer’s responsibilities |
| Article 29: |
Officer's responsibilities are as follow.
(1) The president represents WUB Okinawa and unify the organizational management and to be a chairperson in the general assembly, the board of directors and executive meeting.
(2) The president attends WUB meeting as a representative of WUB Okinawa.
(3) Vice presidents assist the president. In case of emergency, vice presidents act the president's responsibilities.
(4) The secretary-general compiles the general affairs and maintains accounting.
(5) Directors attend the board meeting and deliberate on bills.
(6) The auditors audit accounts.
(7) The Secretary conducts the general affairs and maintains accounting.
(8) The advisers guide and encourage proper administration of WUB Okinawa. |
| Selection of Officers |
| Article 30: |
Officers will be elected as follow.
(1) A president, vice presidents and an executive director are elected from membership at the board of directors and are approved in a general assembly.
(2) The director-general will be appointed by the board of directors and be approved by the general assembly.
(3) The auditors will be appointed by the board of directors and be approved by the general assembly.
(4) The advisers are appointed by the president. |

| Article 33: |
The budget will be managed through membership fee, contribution and other revenues. |
| Membership fee |
| Article 34: |
A membership fee is 24,000 yen for each affiliate each year. Those who join WUB Okinawa in the middle of the fiscal year, shall pay by the month. WUB Okinawa could collect overhead expenses. |
| Fiscal Year |
| Article 35: |
A fiscal year of WUB Okinawa begins on April 1 and ends on March 31 every year. |
| Financial Audit |
| Article 36: |
The account of WUB Okinawa has to be inspected by auditors every year and it needs the board of directors' authorization and has to be presented at the general assembly. |
